Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey completed September 30, 2022, found that Always Best Care had corrected the deficiencies cited under PA Code, Title 28, Health and Safety, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart A, Chapter 51. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a complaint investigation survey completed on July 21, 2022.
